The Property Warehouse guided us through the whole process in a friendly but very efficient way. Even down to coming with us to the notary and arranging an interpreter. Everything was arranged for us and even though we were back in England we were kept up to date with what was happening every step of the way. We expected to hit a few snags of course, but there was nothing that could not be sorted. The date for the transfer/ exchange was set and we arrived from England full of worry. I mean what if... But there no 'what ifs', much to our surprise, and exactly on the due date we became the owners of a lovely holiday home that has fully lived up to our expectations. My wife and I have just recently purchased a lovely 2-bedroom bungalow in Playa Blanca on the beautiful island of Lanzarote. If anyone would have said to me 12 months ago that I would be the proud owner of such a property I would of called them mad, as buying a home is one of the most expensive and stressful periods you go through in life, many of us are familiar with all the hassle that is associated with house buying such as dealing with solicitors, banks, arranging mortgages, dealing with utility companies etc. The process can be difficult in ones own language and country, however we have been fortunate to have the Property Warehouse take care of the process and guide us through the purchase in Lanzarote. May I take this opportunity to thank all the staff involved with our purchase who provided us with an excellent outstanding service.They were kind, understanding and very helpful.In particular Rebecca was a godsend, her cheerful happy personality made everything appear to go very smoothly and on the odd occasion we had some minor problems she was there to sort it out promptly, even down to helping us with transactions at the bank and dealing with the language barrier. Rebecca and Teresa made our purchase a very pleasant, stress and hassle free experience and my wife and I are grateful for their support and expert knowledge regarding the Spanish legal system. They did everything for us and dealt with all the legalities enabling my wife and me to use our time on the more pleasant aspects of buying a home such as shopping at IKEA!! All we had to do was turn up sign the contracts and pay the money, simple really. I would recommend the Property Warehouse to anyone looking for that dream home in the sun, without all the usual hassle associated with buying property.
