Charco del Palo
'Charco del Palo' is situated in the Northeast of Lanzarote near Mala. A quiet residential estate for people who seek relaxation and the occasional nudism. The nudism extends onto the Ocean and everybody moves around as they please. Dressing rules exist only for shops and restaurants.
'Charco del Palo' consists mainly of privately owned spacious villas and bungalows and some apartment complexes. The permanent residents are mostly Germans but there are also people from the Canary Islands Mainland Spain Austria and Switzerland.
Ameneties include a small supermarket a boutique and hairdresser all with walking distance. More shopping can be done in Guatiza (4 km) and in the fishermen's village of Arrieta (6 km). There is a choice of four bars and restaurants within Charco del Palo.

The coast here is formed by volcanic rock with various foot paths and many little resting places. There is a natural pool and a beautiful bay for swimming. Snorkel and scuba diving fans find the most perfect conditions here.
