La Vegueta
The village of La Vegueta is located in the heart of the countryside and is surrounded by crops of sweet potatoes. The striking Lady of Sorrows sculpture is in nearby Mancha Blanca.
La Vegueta is a peaceful
inland village famous for its
vines which grow in hollows
dug out of the volcanic rock. You’ll find a handful of restaurants as well as
La Santa sports centre.
