Maciot

Maciot is a small Canarian hamlet nestling in the foothills of the mountains beneath the village of Femes on the road between Uga and Playa Blanca. There are stunning views down across the plains between the Mountains and Playa Blanca across to the adjacent island of Fuerteventura and the smaller island of Los Lobos. Restaurants and a supermarket can be found in the village of Femes above which is a couple of minutes drive. Playa Blanca is approximately ten minutes drive away. A thriving tourist centre which has numerous restaurants, shops and bars along with the newly developed Marina Rubicon.
