There is a very good local bar/restaurant a few minutes drive away and a selection of excellent restaurants in a nearby village.
The superb surfing beaches in Famara are a twenty minute drive away.
Tao is a very traditional Canarian village which seems to still be locked in time. The village occupies a slight rise with fine views across the Jable plains to the cliffs of Famara.
