I started the Property Warehouse to simplify the process for homeowners when it’s time to sell their house. We provide multiple options that realtors and investors do not know how to provide or handle.
I firmly believe real estate has a lot of outdated processes, and I’m building this company to be on the front end of technology changes. It’s clear that it’s easier to sell a house peer to peer with a buyer already in place vs the traditional ways listing it with a realtor. Most real estate agents do not even work full-time and the turnover is almost 40% in the first 2 years & 56% within the first 4 years.

My goal is to make the Property Warehouse into a national brand that can change the way people transact property in America. I have experience purchasing properties in all types of situations in all types of conditions while helping homeowners in a Step-By-Step process.
I thoroughly enjoy business as my passion, and I planned on expanding into multiple businesses that connect with a Property Warehouse with future revolutions such as 3D printing & blockchain loans/deed transfers.
I’m a simple man in my spare time. I enjoy my time with my family and friends bowling, golfing and attending horse racing & concert events.
